Tessa works mostly behind the scenes at Champaign Jewelers, helping keep the store’s inventory organized and day-to-day details running smoothly. She’s the go-to person for sorting out puzzles, improving systems, and offering quiet support wherever it’s needed.

After joining the team in 2019, Tessa now works remotely from Madison, WI, but stays closely connected to the team—jumping in for creative projects, events, and IJO trips whenever she can. She holds a degree in Fine Art and Art History and an Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) certificate from GIA, and she brings that curiosity and creativity to everything she does.

When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her crafting, baking, playing board games, or hanging out with her two goofy cats, who take their role as “remote coworkers” very seriously.
