Lisa is a proud GIA Diamond Graduate—and thanks to a GIA Pearl Scholarship through the Independent Jewelers Organization (IJO), she’s expanding her gemological expertise even further. (She recently completed her pearl course and is eager to take the hands-on Pearl Grading Lab next!) A lifelong learner, Lisa has also completed coursework on lab-grown diamonds and loves deepening her jewelry knowledge whenever she can.

A self-declared diamond snob with the motto “D is for Diamond,” Lisa brings both expertise and enthusiasm to everything she does. She’s our go-to expert for pearl stringing, beaded jewelry repairs, and all things sparkle—balancing front-of-store warmth with behind-the-scenes know-how that clients rely on.

Outside the store, Lisa and her husband own Grossburger in Danville, a beloved local favorite that’s been serving legendary burgers since 1982. They live in the countryside with their two golden retrievers and enjoy visits from their four grown children. When she’s not helping clients or restringing pearls, you’ll find Lisa soaking up sunshine with her dogs and her thriving garden of happy plants.
