Jessica is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you walk into Champaign Jewelers—and it’s no coincidence. As our Lead Sales Professional, she brings decades of experience in the fashion industries, combining a keen eye for style with a genuine love of connecting with people. Jess joined the CJ team in 2021 and quickly became known for her warm welcome, sparkling personality, and ability to make every client feel special.

Her favorite part of the job? Helping clients celebrate life’s biggest moments. Whether she’s guiding you through the steps of designing a custom engagement ring, finding the perfect anniversary gift, or introducing you to our dazzling diamonds and gemstones, Jess makes each experience personal and stress-free. She takes pride in walking clients through every detail—from first sketches to final reveal—and loves seeing the joy when that dream piece becomes reality.

Outside of the store, Jess and her husband love traveling the country to visit Frank Lloyd Wright buildings and try out local breweries. They share their home with two sweet dogs and cheer on their son, Brandon, as he pursues his passion for the culinary arts. Indiana-born and proud, Jess is also an enthusiastic sports fan and never misses a chance to root for her home team!
