Betsy keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at Champaign Jewelers. As our Sparkle Traffic Controller, she makes sure every special order and repair is accounted for, polished to perfection, and exactly where it needs to be. Whether it’s a ring off to be resized or a custom order arriving just in time, Betsy handles the details with care, precision, and a little bit of magic.

She’s been with Champaign Jewelers for six years and brings a genuine love for the artistry and history of jewelry to everything she does. Betsy holds her Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) certification from GIA and is always learning more—she’s got her sights set on a Diamond Graduate diploma next!

Before finding her niche in the jewelry world, Betsy earned a degree in Vocal Performance—and yes, she still puts it to good use! Fun fact: she’s been invited to sing the National Anthem twice at the national IJO jewelry conference, and we couldn’t be prouder.

When she’s not wrangling sparkles at the store, she’s spending time with her son Liam and their two adorable dogs: loveable Dalmation, Ernie Banks and goofball Golden Retriever, Birdie.
